New Support System 06/18/2007 Our new support system is powered by PerlDesk, one of the most used support ticket systems on the internet. With the sharp increase in our development projects it was inevitable that the growth would soon be difficult to handle. That is why instead of building our own we would take advantage of one of the most powerful systems on the internet. PerlDesk will allow us to easily track maintenance requests, bug fixes on applications and client service needs. PerlDesk is free to our clients. We do not charge our clients a fee for us to support our products. The login to PerlDesk is part of your Passport! If you wish for other users to access PerlDesk outside of the Passport access, open a ticket or contact us with the request.
